d9205d83d9 - Alt-N switches to the tab at index N for values of 0 >= N <= 9. 
This makes switching to arbitrary tabs very quick.

04aae49867 when we remove a terminal we should remove the vte widget and remove the reference to it from the TerminatorTerm object. 5c09dc4b6b turns out that we are somehow sucking at unreferencing our objects, so we need to start tightening these things up. stop calling destroy() on anything other than toplevels, it makes no sense.
