+ Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5 (no changes).
+ Migrate from cdbs to dh.
+ Add python-dbus to Depends.
+ Bump Standards Version to 3.9.4.
+ Bump debhelper version to 9.
+ Bump compat level 5 to 9.
