Implemented the show/hide feature

added the following options to make terminator
able to behave like a drop-down terminal:
hide from taskbar
always on top
hide on lose focus (experimental)
sticky (Show on all workspaces)

Thanks to some #pygtk folks we now have a way out of the ridiculous 16bit colour values that Gtk+ gives us from the ColorPicker widget. Now we get the 8bit values that everyone is used to
