DiamondCool was made by editing a previous skin till it suited my needs.
-Install-
To set up this config just mv
DiamondCool.ini to /usr/share/mc/skins/
Also edit in ~/.config/mc/ini
the line that says skin=default to skin=DiamondCool
or copy the present ini file to $HOME/.config/mc/
