Set preview to be real time with given image and desktop. Double click should set preview to given desktop. Ie, launch XWinWrap on area and preserve settings to write back to file. Or, set a process that will run atop the given area.... Possibley use Java's Runtime options.

Would require too many restarts to be reasonable as every click would restart XWinWrap.
